Weather Report October 16, 2008,
Uvita de Osa, Puntarenas Province,
Costa Rica
Today's weather, at this time, approximately 0630, appears to be mundane, with a promise of coolness not exceeding
the 70's (Fahrenheit). This following a good four day run of rain, on and off, mostly on. The A.C. OFF, for the most
part. Prospects of alcohol and drug intake is HIGH. Necessity for a trip to town is IMMINENT due to an irreversible
depletion of rum. Likelyhood of a run up the hill to Mistura is LOW, but not altogether improbable.
I have no idea where this segment will be going, but it seemed like a good way to add some structure and
committment (I have found, as repugnant as they may be, structure and commitment are sometimes instrumental
prerogatives if one is tired of sleeping too late) to the site. If I can do it two days in a row I will consider it a success.
Thankfully, most of us don't live where the fiery breath of Santa Anna blows from the grave,
scorching the necks of the sprawling angels.

Regarding Weather Somewhere Else:
Yes, I wrote that. A little over the top? I dunno.
Seems derivative.
