Personally, I don't want them to sell the place, 'cause I
don't want them to leave, but if they must, they must,
so.. I just hope I can get a chunk of the commision for
selling it. A private party with no plans for
"developement", would be my choice, but money often
over-rides morallity, from my humble observations any
how.. Whatever happens, I wish them the very best.
