Cabin For Rent
This cabin is made of treated Chilean Pine, and is very
rustic and beautiful.  It has a full kitchen, bathroom with
tiled shower, and front and back porches.  (back porch
added after this photo was taken), along with a backyard
gazebo with round concrete table and benches.
There is a double sized bed, with upper bunk optional.
Furnished, sort of,
long term rentals preferred.  Open
aired, but also has an A.C. unit for comfort assist on hot days,
which seems to have been rarely used except for me when I lived
there.
note:  photos were taken at various stages
of the cabin's developement, and do not all
include more recent changes and additons.
The cabin is on a quiet road, aprox. 700 meters from The Costanero
Highway, super markets, restaurants and bars within walking
distance.  3 miles from the beach, 200 meters from Rio Cortezal,
and Rio Uvita.  Great location for hiking and living in Uvita de Osa.  It
is on what is considered to be the far edge of "town".  It's a nice
place to live.  If you need anything, I'm just a short ways down the
road, but don't like being bothered much..just kidding..no ..realy.
$300 a month.   (utilities included).  note..I mostly have rented the cabin on a long-term basis of 6 months or more
and anything shorter than a month is rare.  Also it's not recommended for more than two people.

This is just one configuration of the bed set-up.  The
top bunk bed can be dis-appeared, sorta, and has
been for the last two inhabitants.

I lived there for two years and liked it.   May be a good purchase for a vacation spot too...or investment/rental.
The area is growing.
