Mini-Mutt
Mini-Mutt, the smallest and quickest of The Muttly Crew,
died last night of some sort of infection of the throat and
digestive organs. I do not know how old she was, but I
have had the pleasure of her company for over two years.
It's difficult to think she will no longer run alongside and in
front of me in my car and on my motorcycle. She won my
heart with hers, which was quite large for such a little dog.
I buried her on a nice shaded ridge about 20 meters from
the house. It's a nice spot.
I don't think she should have died, she had a lot of life left
in her, but the sickness snuck up on me and the vet just
happened to be out of town for three days when her
symptoms became worrisome.
This is a very hard loss for me. I am over-whelmed with
guilt and grief.
Mini-Mutt, I am so sorry. You were well loved by myself
and The rest of the Muttly Crew.
